Richard Vito Liotino passed away early Sunday, morning January 22nd, 2023. He was a true gift to our hearts and lives. We shared so many memories growing up as a family. Our dear brother had just turned 55 on January 10th. What a blessing it was that we all were able to share this beautiful day with him. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family just a short time afterwards.
Rick is survived by his sons, Joseph (Kayla) Liotino, and Anthony Liotino; grandchildren, Natalie and Emma Liotino; siblings, Christina (David) Ulrich, Laura Liotino, Maria (John) DeStephano, Lawrence (Michele) Liotino; nieces and nephews, Liza (Michael) Ritchie, Mary (Jonathan) Kuminski, Julia, Andrew, Matthew, and Callan Teta, Nicholas and Grace Liotino, Enzo, Angelo, and Rocco DeStephano.
Rick was a devoted father and grandfather “Papa Tino” and friend to all. He has now joined our loving parents, Vito and Sylvia Liotino, who provided a wonderful life of love, and gave us all our eternal faith in God. We will be reunited one day, and that is what gives us peace and comfort.
RICK’S VISITATION WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 26TH, FROM 4PM - 6 PM AT THE BAKER FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 640 WEST GRAY STREET, ELMIRA, NY, 14905. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL WILL BE HELD AT ST. MARY OUR MOTHER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 816 WEST BROAD STREET, HORSEHEADS, NY, 14845 AT 10AM; REVEREND CHRISTOPHER E. LINSLER, CELEBRANT. INTERMENT WILL FOLLOW IN ST.
