Shannon Ali

Shannon Ali of Elmira, NY, passed away in her sleep on December 15, 2021. She was born in Elmira, on May 10, 1970. Shannon is survived by father, David Gillis; mother, Roberta Gillis; son, Ryan Noll; and her daughter; Della Noll. She was also loved by several "Adopted" children.
